Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Gurgaon, India

Role summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented finance qualified with 6 to 8 years of experience. You

will oversee Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, forecasting, and core general

accounting functions. This role bridge the gap between day-to-day accounting and strategic financial

planning to drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations in single or multiple team(s).

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and company policies.

Develop and maintain financial procedures and controls.

Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial goals and objectives.

Drive processes improvement projects.

Ad-hoc assigned by line manager or upper management.

Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.

Collaborate with business units to understand operational drivers and financial impacts.





Perform profitability, cost, pricing, and scenario analyses.

Analyze monthly financial performance against budget and forecast.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting, or related field; CMA, ACCA, CPA is preferred.

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.

Experience in the retail industry (Especially experience relating to retail stores, wholesales

and e-commerce)

Experience in BPO/SSC industry is preferred.

Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Familiar with US GAP

and IFRS

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, experience on coding is preferred.

Experience with accounting software, such as D365, SAP, etc.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Open to work at Night Shift.
