Associate Resource Manager

Job Summary

The Associate Resource Manager supports resource planning, staffing, workforce optimization, and capacity management across projects and business functions. This role works closely with project managers, delivery leads, hiring managers, and employees to ensure effective resource allocation, utilization tracking, and workforce forecasting while supporting business objectives and employee development.

Key Responsibilities





Resource Planning & Staffing
Assist in allocating resources to projects based on skills, availability, experience, and business priorities.
Support staffing requests and coordinate resource assignments across multiple projects.
Maintain resource schedules and availability records.
Ensure timely fulfillment of project resource demands.

Utilization & Capacity Management
Monitor employee utilization and bench reports.
Track resource availability and identify potential allocation conflicts.
Support capacity planning and workforce forecasting activities.
Recommend deployment opportunities to improve utilization rates.

Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with delivery managers, project managers, practice leads, and business stakeholders.
Communicate staffing updates and resource changes effectively.
Escalate resource constraints and staffing challenges as needed.
