You'll create and enforce standard operating procedures for daily operations, drive performance improvements through data-driven insights, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders including Marketing, Operations teams, Pricing, and Launch teams. Key job responsibilities
Manage and prioritize complex, cross-functional program lifecycles to deliver projects that achieve goals impacting multiple organizations across the Quick Commerce space
Monitor performance metrics daily, identify operational gaps through data analysis, and work with Business Intelligence teams to continuously build mechanisms that surface issues before they impact customers
Define and implement standard operating procedures for Quick Commerce operations, ensuring adherence and driving process improvements across one-party and third-party operations teams
Collaborate tactically with Marketing, Operations, Pricing, and Launch teams to address performance gaps and delivery issues, serving as the bridge between ROW-Flex Tech and operational teams to resolve technical concerns
