Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team within the Growth Experience Technology (GET) organization. The team builds integrations and platform capabilities that empower Customer Success teams to drive customer adoption, engagement, retention, and business outcomes at scale.

In this role, you will lead, hire, nurture, and grow a team of talented engineers while staying close to technology. You will provide technical direction, review designs, guide delivery, develop proof of concepts when needed, and collaborate closely with Architects, Product Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional engineering teams. We are looking for a hands-on, technology-forward engineering leader who embraces AI-assisted development, contemporary engineering practices, and technology disruption. The ideal candidate is creative, creative, curious, and motivated to go above and beyond to deliver meaningful customer and business impact.

Responsibilities





People Leadership and Team Building
Lead, mentor, hire, nurture, and develop a team of high-performing software engineers
Build an inclusive, cooperative, ownership-driven engineering culture focused on accountability and continuous learning
Manage performance, career development, coaching, onboarding, and team growth
Create clarity around team priorities, roles, responsibilities, expectations, and success measures

Delivery and Execution
Drive delivery planning and execution across quarterly and multi-quarter initiatives
Collaborate with Product, Program, Architecture, Design, and other engineering teams to translate business goals into technical execution plans
Manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and trade-offs while communicating progress clearly to stakeholders
Remove technical, organizational, and process blockers to help teams deliver high-quality software predictably
