Job Description:

It will be on third party payroll of Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd

Experience
6- 8 years of experience in Engineering, Automation, and Capital Projects.
5+ years leading digital transformation initiatives.
Experience in Pharmaceutical, API, Chemical, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries.
Proven expertise in large CAPEX project execution and industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI Agents for Projects, Engineering, Procurement, Maintenance, and Manufacturing.
Identify repetitive, data-intensive, and decision-support activities suitable for AI Agent automation.
Design AI Agent workflows using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise knowledge bases.




Integrate AI Agents with ERP, MES, DMS, CMMS, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, PLC/SCADA systems, and other enterprise applications.
Establish secure AI governance, including user access, data privacy, audit trails, and compliance with GMP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and organizational cybersecurity policies.
Monitor AI Agent performance and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and business impact.
