Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to manage day-to-day HR administrative, operations and recruitment coordination at our Corporate office in Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad. In this role, you will manage employee documentation, tracking, and daily office coordination. The ideal candidate must be punctual, highly organised, and fluent in qualified communication.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination: Source resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and track application status.
Onboarding & Joining: Manage joining formalities, verify employee documents, and create recent physical/digital files.
Attendance & Leave: Monitor daily punch-in/out logs, manage leave requests, and compile monthly attendance for payroll.
Database Management: Keep employee records accurate and updated on MS Excel trackers and HR software.
Employee Relations: Help resolve day-to-day staff queries regarding office policies and attendance.

Required Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, BMS)



or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
Age: 23 to 27 years.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or administrative support.
Technical Skills: Solid hands-on experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Location: Candidates residing in Ahmedabad (close to Prahlad Nagar) are preferred.
Attributes: Punctual, organised, and capable of maintaining strict data confidentiality.

Salary, Schedule & Benefits
Salary: 18,000 to 23,000 Gross per month (Dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
