Manager - Fund accounting & Compliance
Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Role Purpose
Responsible for supporting Finance, Accounting, Audit, Regulatory Compliance, Taxation and Governance functions.
Finance & Accounting
Vendor payments, GST and TDS compliance
Trial Balance preparation and support to Corporate Office
Ledger management and reconciliations
Brokerage processing coordination
FA & RTA coordination

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
Reporting to IFSCA, SEZ, SEBI, RBI and tax authorities
Monitor regulatory changes and incorporate the same in PPM
Ensure compliance across operations
Handle stakeholder data requests

Audit Management
Internal audits
Statutory audits
Regulatory audits
Audit documentation and closure

Taxation & Filings
GST,



TDS and corporate tax coordination
Work with tax consultants
Timely statutory filings

Management & Governance
MIS and management reporting
Coordination with regulators
Maintain governance documentation
Board and regulatory reporting packs
Support any strategic initiatives that may be require from time to time.

Qualifications
M.Com Or MBA (Finance) with relevant experience, CA or CS preferred.

Solid analytical and communication skills
