The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment uptime, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
Managing plant utilities and infrastructures, to develop and implement (M and E ) maintenance strategies, budgets.
Lead, Train, motivate and manage Maintenance Team. Experience in TPM, IATF16949 setting.
Ensuring adherence to all safety , maintain secure working conditions, and manage work permit systems. Drive continuous improvement in maintenance
Processes, assets performances. TPM and Continues Improvement., Drive kaizen and Cost reductions projects. Prepare annual Maintenance budget,
Control spare parts inventory and optimize procurement. Manage AMCs and Vendor negotiations.
