Preferred candidate profile
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
Solid expertise in documenting business, functional, and technical requirements and maintaining traceability.
Valuable understanding of Data Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning concepts, use cases, and business applications.
Experience translating business requirements into analytics and AI/ML solution requirements.
Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Apache Superset, etc.
Ability to work with business stakeholders, developers, architects, data engineers, and data science teams.
Basic understanding of React, Java, APIs, system integrations, and application architecture.
Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, user stories, and SDLC processes.
Coordinate UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
