The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing civil construction projects within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety norms, ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
Project Planning & Execution
Prepare detailed project execution plans, schedules, and work programmes.
Coordinate with planning, procurement, QA/QC, safety, and billing teams.
Ensure construction as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor daily progress and take corrective actions.
Ensure project execution within approved budgets.
Review BOQs, estimates, and cost variance reports.
Quality Management
Ensure adherence to quality standards, ITPs, and method statements.
Conduct quality audits and close NCRs.
Maintain quality records and documentation.
Safety, Health & Setting (HSE)
Implement and enforce HSE policies at site.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings.
Investigate incidents and promote safety culture.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
Must have 15 to 20 yrs of experience in the construction industry.
Should have B.tech/B.E/Diploma in civil qualification
