Position Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) who is passionate about building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing premium residential interior projects.

This is not a team management role. We are looking for a self-driven sales qualified who can independently generate business, manage the complete sales cycle,



and consistently achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Generate qualified leads through referrals, networking, channel partners, architects, builders, and personal initiatives.
Conduct follow-ups with walk-in, website, and marketing-generated leads.
Develop and maintain a robust personal pipeline of prospective clients.
Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Sales & Client Engagement
Meet prospective clients at the Experience Centre and project sites.
Understand client lifestyle, design requirements, budget, and timelines.
Present The Allure Studio's design process, manufacturing capabilities, and value proposition.
Build trust through consultative selling rather than aggressive sales tactics.
Guide clients throughout the decision-making process.
