Job Description
Work closely with architects to prepare detailed and accurate drawings from rough sketches.
Demonstrate proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) tools, including AutoCAD (ACAD), Excel, and PowerPoint.
Possess a robust understanding of architectural/interior drawings and required documentation for residential projects.
Interpret drawing details accurately and produce accurate technical drawings.
Coordinate and communicate with contractors and vendors to obtain required project information.
Assist the team in preparing estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Exhibit robust collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills.
