Job Purpose:
To ensure the quality, safety, consistency, and compliance of raw materials, in-process products, finished products, and packaging materials, with specific focus on Chocolate and Wafer products.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control & Testing:
Conduct chemical, physical, and sensory testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Perform quality checks for Chocolates, Wafers.
Monitor product parameters such as moisture, pH, texture, appearance, taste, weight, and other relevant specifications.
Ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications.
Identify quality deviations and initiate corrective and preventive actions.

Raw Material & Packaging Inspection:
Inspect and test incoming raw materials such as cocoa-based ingredients, milk powders, sugar, fats/oils, flour, emulsifiers, flavors,



and other ingredients.
Check packaging materials as per approved specifications.
Maintain proper records of sampling, testing, and inspection.

In-Process Quality Control:
Monitor critical quality parameters during Chocolate and Wafer production.
Ensure adherence to process specifications and SOPs.
Coordinate with Production to control process deviations and minimize product rejection and wastage.

Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain QC test reports, batch records, COA records, and other quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements.
Support internal and external audits.
Maintain laboratory records and calibration records of testing equipment.

Problem Solving:
Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues.
Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
