Azim Premji University, Bhopal started operations in August 2023, offering postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. The first phase of campus construction is complete and the overall 50-acre campus with state-of-the-art academic and residential facilities will be ready over the next few years. We expect to grow to about 4000 students and 500 members over the next few years.

Responsibilities:
The main job responsibilities for this position are:
Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support for academic programmes.
Coordinate with faculty, programme teams, students, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
Support the planning and execution of programmes, events, workshops, and meetings, including logistics such as travel, ticket bookings, procurement, and venue arrangements.
Prepare and analyse programme-related data, reports, and MIS using Excel.
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and timely communication while ensuring compliance with University policies and processes.




Track programme timelines, follow up on action items, and support process improvements for effective programme administration.

Requirements:
Graduate or postgraduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in programme administration, operations, or a similar coordination role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, with positive analytical and data management skills.
Experience in coordinating programmes and events, including travel and ticket bookings, procurement, stakeholder coordination, and collaboration with multiple teams.
Meticulous in execution, with the ability to keep relevant stakeholders informed and ensure smooth coordination across functions.
Experience in interacting with students and managing stakeholder communication.
Solid organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priori
