Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of field collection executives.
Allocate cases and territories to team members.
Monitor daily collection activities and target achievement.
Ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
Maintain collection efficiency and minimize delinquency.
Conduct regular field visits with team members.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
Handle escalations and support the team in difficult cases.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
Train and motivate team members to improve performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
