What are we looking for?:
Responsible for all tech projects - Lead project implementation by discussing the requirements with partner and engaging regularly with key stakeholders from project management and tech teams internally and externally. Ensuring health of the various APIs and their proper functioning as per expectations
Resolving any tech errors/issues that may occur during BAU activities by co-ordinating with internal tech teams. Keeping partner up to date with regards to all tech projects/issues with the timelines and adhering to the mentioned timelines
Co-ordinating and taking approvals from all stakeholders regarding the implementation of the tech projects/changes




Providing regular training to sales teams on how to use various tech capabilities efficiently.

What does the job entail?:
Manage existing/ live integration between HDFC Life & partner Banks. These integrations are both (A) Basic lead push journey (B) Advanced end to end digital journey starting with partner Bank and culminating in policy issuance in HDFC Life system.

Work Experience:
7 to 12 years

Essential Qualification:
Graduation

Preferred Skills:
Excellent in making BRDs, Co-ordinating with Internal Stakeholders/ External, API’s
