Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Generate new business prospects through site visits, walk-ins, referrals, digital leads and networking.
Update CRM systems with lead status, follow-ups and conversion details.
Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, budget and project expectations.
Present company services, design concepts, materials and value propositions to prospective clients.
Prepare and present initial estimation and final quotation in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales in line with company policies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain solid relationships with clients from initial enquiry through project sign-off.
Provide timely follow-ups, updates and clarifications to clients.
Address client concerns and coordinate internally to resolve issues promptly.
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordination & Internal Communication




Coordinate with the design team for layout planning, 3D designs, material selection and revisions.
Liaise with the project execution team to ensure smooth transition after sales closure. Communicate client expectations clearly to internal teams to avoid scope gaps.
Site Visits & Documentation
Attend site visits with clients to assess requirements and provide preliminary inputs.
Collect accurate site measurements and basic technical details in coordination with the design team.
Maintain proper documentation of enquiries, proposals.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
