What You'll Do:
Own and manage customer-reported issues through to successful resolution.
Log and track defects, enhancements, and improvement prospects within an Agile development setting.
Partner with Development, QA, Commercial, Client Support, and Leadership teams to optimize, automate, and improve operational processes.
What We're Looking For:
Required Skills:
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience working with relational databases such as MSSQL or MySQL.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and customer-facing environments.
Preferred Skills- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
