Job Title: Accounts Executive

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime:
Process monthly payroll based on HR inputs
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely payments:
Ensure accurate Skilled Tax (PT) compliance
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures:
Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries using Excel:
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain vendor ledgers
Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits:
Support in the finalization of financial statements

Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months - 1 year of experience in a CA Firm:
Proficiency in Tally ERP Prime and Microsoft Excel:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
(M.Com or Semi-qualified CA preferred)




Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, PT, and Indian taxation:
Valuable understanding of payroll processing and accounting entries:
Ability to assist in finalization of accounts:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
