Overview

We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and skilled Barista to operate our in-house café and provide high-quality beverages and light refreshments to clients and customers. This role is customer/client-facing and plays an important part in creating a welcoming, polished experience that reflects our brand and values.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and staff in a skilled and courteous manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, equipment, and workstations at all times
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all beverages
Manage daily opening and closing procedures for the café
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed
Follow food safety,



hygiene, and health & safety standards
Handle customer requests and preferences with care and attention to detail

Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines is an advantage
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
Passion for coffee and customer experience
