Experience: 5+ Years

Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and design of utility-scale ground-mounted solar PV projects.
Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) engineering and integration.
Robust knowledge of:
PV plant layout and optimization
DC and AC system design
String sizing and inverter selection
Cable sizing and routing
Earthing and lightning protection
SCADA and communication systems
BESS sizing, configuration, and integration
Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
General Arrangement (GA) drawings
Energy yield coordination
Familiarity with standards such as IEC, IS, IEEE, and CEA guidelines.
Proficiency in software such as:
AutoCAD
PVsyst
ETAP or DIgSILENT (preferred)
Helioscope (preferred)
MS Office
Experience coordinating with EPC teams, clients, and consultants.
Exposure to projects from concept design through commissioning.

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Preferred:
Experience on projects of 50 MW or above.
Knowledge of grid interconnection and utility requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
