What the role actually is
You'll own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to close — securing partners for our forums, award galas, reports, and research events. You build your own pipeline and you close through value, not pressure.
What you'll do:
Identify and pursue recent sponsorship prospects
Build and manage your own portfolio of clients
Develop tailored sponsorship proposals
Negotiate deals and consistently meet targets
Work with our marketing and events teams to deliver exceptional value to sponsors
What you bring:
Proven experience selling solutions, not commodities
A real obsession with customer delivery and outcomes
Robust communication and confidence with senior stakeholders:
A track record of generating leads and building a client base
Sharp instincts and the ability to close through value
Energy for a fast-paced, goal-driven team
Knowledge of media, events, or related industries (a plus)
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2 - 5 years of experience
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
