Our Team

This team provides global engineering support for the BiPass product line, liquid cooling solutions, and drop-down heatsinks. The position will be part of this engineering team within Molex India Business Services.

What You Will Do
Utilize Siemens NX to create detailed 3D models, sheet metal components, and assemblies, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with design standards.
Design and develop sheet metal parts and products, including enclosures, brackets, panels, and welded assemblies, considering forming, bending, punching, and fabrication processes.
Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to interpret technical requirements and customer needs, translating them into optimized 3D models, flat patterns, and 2D drawings.
Generate and maintain engineering documentation, including bill of materials (BOMs), engineering change orders (ECOs), and release packages, using Teamcenter PLM.
Manage CAD data, ensuring proper version control, configuration management, and data integrity within Teamcenter.




Conduct design reviews and provide technical inputs to improve product performance, cost, and manufacturability.
Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and validation of sheet metal assemblies to ensure proper fit and alignment.
Evaluate design feasibility with respect to manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, turret punching, bending, welding, and finishing, and propose design optimizations.
Work closely with manufacturing, fabrication, and production teams to resolve design-related issues and support smooth product realization.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
5 to 10 years Design experience in Product design, Product Testing Systems, Manufacturing process knowledge
Positive knowledge and understanding of electromechanical products, components and assemblies
Valuable understanding of manufacturing processes such as molding, sheet metal tooling, fabrication of
