Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Project Engineers and Site Engineers across multiple projects.
Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within approved timelines and budgets.
Coordinate installation, programming, testing, commissioning, and final client handover.
Manage Home Automation, KNX, Networking, AV, CCTV, Access Control, Video Door Phone, and Lighting Control system installations.
Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, and Service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
Resolve technical issues and site challenges promptly.
Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and installation records.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Mentor and guide the project team to improve technical and operational performance.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
