Duties to be performed:
Delivery sheet creation and dispatch status check.
Co-ordination with delivery staffs and drivers for timely dispatches and other delivery updates.
Updates about cash collection, delivery timings, and any other details.
Co-ordinating with Warehouse for order updates.
Logistics documents updating.
Handling enquiries from Customer support team, Sales team, Delivery staffs, etc
Any other duties as deemed by the reporting manager.

Skill set expected:
Computer knowledge - MS-office. MSCIT preferred.
Positive communication skills.
Freshers are welcome.
No previous Logistics knowledge required.
Language fluency in regional languages - Marathi, Hindi required.
Should know basic English reading and writing as the orders will be posted on WhatsApp. Should know to read and respond to messages.
Should have adaptable working timing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
