Hiring: Performance Marketing Analyst (Onsite)

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst with robust analytical skills and experience in marketing data, campaign reporting, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, GBP, and GLSA
Monitor CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates
Create dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
Perform funnel analysis and campaign performance tracking
Generate actionable recommendations to improve ROI
Monitor GBP and GLSA performance metrics
Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency

Required Skills:
Solid data analysis and reporting skills
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
Understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPL, and conversion metrics
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)




Familiarity with GBP and GLSA reporting

Experience:
2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Performance Marketing Analytics, or Data Analytics
Experience with digital marketing campaign analysis preferred
