Job description

Project Manager - Construction
We are hiring a Project Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience in Residential and commercial high-rise and villa Construction Projects.
Hands-on experience in Civil, Structural, Finishing, and MEP works is mandatory.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, architects, and client stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Monitor quality, safety, progress, resource utilization, and statutory compliance at site.
Solid expertise in project scheduling, cost control,



billing, and contractor management is required.
Experience handling high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, or premium real estate developments is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills are essential.
Immediate Joiners will be given preference.

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Education:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
