Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and designing as per present DCR & SRA guidelines
Responsible for taking approvals for all types of buildings to be made - keeping in mind present rules and regulations
Provide inputs on the local government laws and regulations during the project planning and design phase to ensure incorporation of the same.
Coordinate with and visit the approving authorities on a regular basis for statutory approvals and drive the timely approvals.
Coordination with Project Architects for the same
Coordination with various consultants (RCC, Interior Services) during different phases of project
Developing specific goals & plans to prioritize, organize & estimating sizes, distances or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
Management, coordination and supervising the work of project as well as the numerous contractors & vendors who contribute to the projects.
