Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
Handle attendance, leave records, and HR operations.
Support payroll coordination and HR compliance.
Maintain employee records and HR reports.
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of HR experience.
Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace.
Robust organizational and interpersonal skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
