Selecting suitable hardware to meet the customer requirement within product range
Preparation of detailed analysis/ report of live demo and presentation as required.
Capturing the detailed customer requirements upfront to enable quick and successful project closure.
Installation and training our productivity solutions at customer site
Providing post installation support by trouble shooting and handling unique situations at the customer site
Develop and maintain installation reports
Independently handling day to day schedules as per senior instructions.
Documenting the complex technical issues and communicating to customer and internal team.
Upgrading and testing of recent software releases.
