Job Brief:
We seek a dedicated Housekeeper to attend to our facilities with a meticulous approach and a commitment to excellence. The goal is to create a clean and orderly workplace for our guests, which will be a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning Activities:
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to established standards.
Equipment Protection:
Protect and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure there are no inadequacies.
Report any damages, deficits, or disturbances to superiors promptly.
Guest Interaction:
Handle reasonable guest complaints and requests with professionalism and patience.
Ensure a customer-oriented and friendly approach in all interactions.
Stock Management:
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate.
Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any needs to management.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working setting.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.
Ability to work with mínimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Robust prioritization and time management skills.
Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor.
Knowledge of the English language.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay: ₹14,086.00 - ₹15,847.37 per month
