Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager - EV Charging Stations to join our team in Mangaluru and drive business development and revenue growth in the rapidly expanding EV charging infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales of EV charging stations and related solutions within the assigned territory.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key customers, including Charge Point Operators (CPOs), real estate developers, fleet operators, government organizations, commercial establishments, and other institutional clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate current business through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, industry contacts, and channel partnerships.




Conduct market research to identify new business prospects, potential clients, and emerging market trends.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable EV charging solutions.
Coordinate with technical, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth execution, installation, and commissioning of projects.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and other commercial conditions with customers.
Monitor competitor activities, market developments, and industry trends and recommend appropriate sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records, sales forecasts, lead status, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
Ensure effective post-sales coordination and maintain robust customer relationships.
