We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented fresher who understands AI tools like Claude and can help build, manage, and optimize data workflows. The role involves handling business data, creating reports, managing sheets, and designing workflows to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with AI tools like Claude for workflow building and automation
Manage and organize data in Google Sheets / Excel
Create and maintain reports for internal teams
Understand business requirements and convert them into workflows
Build and optimize data pipelines and process automations
Use prompt engineering for better AI outputs
Track workflow performance and improve accuracy
Coordinate with internal teams for process implementation
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
Positive knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
Solid analytical and logical thinking
Understanding of prompt engineering
Ability to handle and structure large data sets
Good communication and problem-solving skills
