Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (Fresher / Entry Level)Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Provide basic network troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Perform system upgrades, antivirus updates, and routine maintenance.
Respond to IT support requests and resolve user issues within the defined SLA.
Maintain service reports and update support tickets.
Coordinate with senior engineers for complex technical issues.
Follow company IT policies and maintain proper documentation.
