WE ARE HIRING - Freshers (US IT Bench Sales Recruiter)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
Eligibility: Freshers or Experience (0-1year)
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance)

Key Responsibilities
Learn the fundamentals of US IT Staffing and Bench Sales.
Understand different US work visas and recruitment processes.
Search and identify job opportunities through job portals and vendor networks.
Assist in marketing consultant profiles to vendors and clients.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with consultants and vendors.
Develop skilled communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Work closely with senior recruiters and managers while receiving hands-on training.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
