Clinical Care & Patient Management
Examine, diagnose, and treat patients in OPD, IPD, ER, and wards as assigned.
Handle medical emergencies and critical cases promptly.
Prescribe medications, investigations, and treatment plans as per protocols.
Monitor patient progress and revise treatment when required.
Ensure continuity of care through follow-ups and reviews.
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments.
Supervise and guide nursing/paramedical staff when needed.
Communicate diagnosis and treatment plans clearly to patients and attendants.
Participate in duty handovers and case discussions.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate medical records, case sheets, and discharge summaries.
Ensure proper documentation of history, findings, investigations, and treatment.
Adhere to hospital policies, ethical practices, and NABH guidelines.
Report medico-legal cases and comply with statutory requirements.
Qualification & Experience
MBBS (mandatory) Registered with TNMC
Relevant clinical experience preferred
willingness to work shifts
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
