Job Description - Field Sales Executive (Software Products)

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for software products and services.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer support.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.





Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in software or IT products.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Basic understanding of software products, SaaS, or IT services.
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
