Key Responsibilities
Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Clean bathrooms, fixtures, mirrors, and amenities.
Replenish room supplies such as water, tea/coffee kits, tissues, and toiletries.
Check rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly.
Ensure lost-and-found items are handled according to hotel procedures.
Maintain cleanliness in corridors, pantries, and service areas.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Respond politely to guest requests and coordinate with other departments when needed.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.




Maintain room status updates and complete assigned work within required timelines.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and housekeeping standards.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Positive physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift items for extended periods.
Basic communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time-management and organizational skills.
