Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Provide onsite technical support to users.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
Configure and troubleshoot basic networking devices such as routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
Maintain service reports and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
Experience with CCTV installation and maintenance.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and travel locally if required.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in Desktop Support, CCTV, and Basic Networking.
Lodging will be provided by the company.
