About the Role

This is a hands-on operations role focused on:
Packaging finished products
Order assembly
Dispatch coordination
Logistics management
Shipment tracking

The role sits within the Assembly & Dispatch team and is critical in ensuring that customer orders are packed accurately, dispatched on time, and tracked until delivery.

Key Responsibilities Packaging & Order Assembly
Assemble customer orders as per picklists and invoices




Verify products, quantities, and order contents before packing
Pack dolls, garments, accessories, gift sets, and other products according to company standards
Ensure packaging quality, presentation, and accuracy
Maintain packaging material inventory and report shortages

Dispatch Operations
Prepare shipments for dispatch
Generate shipping labels and dispatch documentation
Coordinate daily dispatches with courier and logistics partners
Ensure all orders are dispatched within agreed timelines
Track pending orders and escalate delays

Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, etc.
Follow up on shipment pickups
Monitor shipment status and delivery exceptions
Assist in resolving courier-related issues and delays
Support return-to-origin (RTO) and return shipment processes

Inventory & Record Keeping
