Cygnett Inn Sea View, Digha is looking for a dedicated and skilled Assistant South Indian Cook to join our culinary team.

Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing authentic South Indian dishes including dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, and chutneys.
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.

Requirements:
Prior experience in South Indian cuisine preferred.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced hospitality setting.
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Salary: ₹11,000 - ₹14,000 per month (based on experience)
