Position Summary

The Marketing Head - Growth & Lead Generation will be responsible for creating a predictable, scalable, and high-quality client acquisition engine for AwealthZ Finserve.

The role extends beyond conventional marketing. The incumbent will build the firm's brand, drive digital and offline lead generation, develop strategic alliances, optimize marketing ROI, and ensure a continuous flow of qualified prospects for the advisory team.

Develop and execute the annual marketing and lead generation strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

Build a scalable acquisition model capable of generating qualified investors across all business verticals.

Create quarterly growth plans with measurable revenue impact.
