Job Summary

You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving support queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide qualified customer support for U.S.based clients.
Understand customer issues and provide quick, accurate solutions.
Maintain a polite, soft-spoken, and customer-friendly approach.
Manage multiple customer requests efficiently during night shift hours.
Record customer details, issues, and resolutions accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams when escalation or technical help is required.
Follow company processes and maintain service quality standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and clear communication.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Good soft-spoken and qualified attitude.




Robust problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and handle customer pressure calmly.
Comfortable working in night shifts as per USA time zone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive typing and documentation skills.
Prior experience in customer support, BPO, call center, US process, helpdesk, or technical support will be preferred.
Freshers with strong English communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Skills
Experience in customer service or client support.
Knowledge of POS systems, retail software, billing software, or technical troubleshooting is a plus.
Ability to speak clearly with international customers.
Good listening skills and patience.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Work Schedule

Salary

Salary will be based on skills, communication level, and experience.
Suggested Indeed format: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.
