Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard prospective retail brands and tenants.
Achieve leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.
Conduct site visits, present retail spaces, and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate lease documentation and agreement execution with legal and finance teams.
Build and maintain robust relationships with tenants and leasing partners.
Ensure timely store fit-outs and openings by coordinating with internal teams.
Monitor lease renewals and minimize vacancy.
Conduct market research on retail trends, rentals, and competitor malls.
Maintain leasing MIS, occupancy reports, and tenant databases.
Support tenant mix planning to enhance footfall and mall profitability.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
