Business Segment Overview

Responsibilities:
Primary duties will include
Oversight of the settlements team analysts in a supervisory capacity by ensuring timely processing of fixed income and equity trades, monitoring trade settlement, monitoring cash positions, completion the daily checklists and controls within the team.
Monitoring and following up on trade fail where assistance is needed, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues promptly.
Running daily trade reconciliations, helping to resolve breaks where applicable by escalation from the team analysts
Assist in managing daily cash flows to ensure adequate funding for trade settlements and avoid any overdrafts
Supporting the local manager in all project initiatives and implementing process
