Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation frameworks and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Perform functional, regression, API, performance, and security testing.
Collaborate with developers on unit testing and promote Shift-Left testing practices.
Partner with DevOps teams on backend validation, deployment verification, and quality controls.
Review code changes, investigate defects, and validate bug fixes.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product features and enhancements.
Analyze quality metrics and recommend process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
Mentor QA team members and contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within a career development environment.
5+ years of experience working in Agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, testing methodologies, and software quality best practices.
Experience with codeless automation tools such as Katalon or similar platforms.
Experience with API and web services testing, including functional and business logic validation.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
Robust knowledge of DevOps practices, AWS cloud environments, and distributed test execution technologies such as Selenium Grid and Docker.
Experience using JIRA (or similar tools) for defect tracking and Git-based version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
Comfortable working in Linux and macOS environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Agile or Scrum certification.
Experience with Jenkins pipeline configuration and administration.
Experience working with BLE modules and firmware testing.
Experience collaborating with remote and globally distributed teams.
