We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and ensure effective delivery using Scrum principles. The role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and enabling high-performing teams to deliver business value.
Primary Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies:
Sprint Planning
Daily Stand-ups
Sprint Reviews
Retrospectives
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices and principles
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies




Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity
Track sprint progress using metrics like:
Velocity
Burndown charts
Cycle time
Work closely with the Product Owner to:
Refine and prioritize backlog
Ensure clear and actionable user stories
Foster a self-organizing and cooperative team workplace
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives
Communicate with stakeholders on:
Progress
Risks
Dependencies
Ensure transparency using tools like Jira / Azure DevOps / Rally
