Support business teams in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing

process improvement prospects especially in production setting
Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
Facilitate the design and implementation of recent/improved process models and

organizational structures.
Communicates and coordinates with business users, managers and solution

provider to ensure the integration of processes and modules across organization.
Participates in the organization and facilitation of trainings, WebEx and

conference calls
Assist in implementation of Ariba CIP
Provide support and training to suppliers and internal users during and after

Ariba on-boarding
Log (non-first level) users issue and resolution with SAP Ariba
Updating of Ariba training manuals and videos due to changes in processes.
Support in SG time zone 8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri).
Monthly update of ASCENT PBI reporting
Support Ariba wave onboarding & deboarding of suppliers
Provide BAU support to suppliers and business users
