Job Description
Identify Children With Special Needs (CWSN) in project areas
Prepare and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEP)
Provide remedial and inclusive education support to children
Conduct regular assessment and track progress of children
Support school teachers in inclusive classroom practices
Organize awareness sessions for parents and community
Provide counseling support to parents/guardians
Maintain records, case studies, and progress reports
Coordinate with government schools and relevant departments
Ensure inclusion of children in mainstream education system

Skills




Understanding of various disabilities (LD, ID, ASD, ADHD, etc.)
Ability to develop and implement IEPs
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and sensitivity towards children
Skills in behavior management and remedial teaching
Ability to work with community and stakeholders
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Willingness to travel in rural areas
