Plant Manager Responsibilities:
Enforce health and safety protocols during all stages of production.
Create and maintain a production schedule.
Find ways to reduce production costs.
Implement strategies to maximize production.
Analyze workplace productivity.
Resolve any concerns voiced by employees.

Plant Manager Requirements:
Having minimum 10 years of experience in PVC Extrusion.
Prior experience as a plant manager in PVC Extrusion,
Having Master's/Bachelor's degree/diploma in plastic engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge of health and safety laws.
Natural leadership abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy.
Ability to problem-solve.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
